Refund policy

At Nexyqon, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, please contact us so we can assist you.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.
The product should be returned with its original packaging, accessories and included items.
Return requests must be submitted within [7 days] of receiving the order.
Products damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, improper installation, or normal wear and tear may not be eligible for return.
Products that have been modified, opened, or damaged by the customer may not be eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please send us:

Your order number
Photos of the product
Photos/videos showing the issue
Photos of the packaging if it was damaged

We will review the issue and, where applicable, offer a replacement or refund.

Change of Mind

If you simply change your mind after receiving the product, the return may be accepted only if the product meets our return conditions. Return shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method available to us.

For COD orders, refund arrangements may require additional information from the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return because of their nature, including products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without the original packaging where the packaging is essential to the product.

Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation before your order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. If a dispatched COD order is refused or returned, additional return/shipping costs may apply where applicable.
